I had been very happy w/Coleman computer until Jason left. Now, it seems that with any problem, even a simple "not getting email in Outlook", their solution is to "bring your computer to our office" and pay an exorbitant fee.

Everything was great. Best out of four providers I've found in the Walnut Creek area. Only problem: fees are very high.
