We use them only for boarding so I can't rate them on everything. Our cat has a special diet with medication, and they do a great job making sure our cat comes back in great condition. First time our cat was boarded, age 12, and she transitioned back home without any events. There is a nice window for her to look at our dog below when he is outside. Best to do things on line as phone not great. Friday drop off and Monday is the earliest to pick up. So if you are coming back Saturday or late Friday you can't pick up until Monday and have to pay those extra days of boarding.
