When our furnace died suddenly they came through with a good replacement very quickly

The technician did not have the required part with him, even though the Westinghouse furnace symptoms had been described on the telephone and by email. He then wanted over $400 to return with the part to install it. In addition, his minumum hourly rate did not include travel time, for which he charged extra. Another vendor completed the repair for $260, including travel time and the cost of the part (which he brought with him on the first and only service call).
