Okay I agreed to have Ramon clean my gutters He advised that he would be at my home between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM on a Monday morning. At 8:50 AM I sent Ramon a text, with no reply. At 9:10 AM I called and left a message, with no reply. At 9:10 AM I sent a second text message and told him that he was unprofessional. Ramon then replied and said that he had become sick over the weekend and suggested that he could do the job on Tuesday afternoon. I of course declined and found someone else to do the work. If Ramon had called me prior to the half hour window, I would have had him do the job the next day.
