Actual work was finally done by a subcontractor. Initial work by another subcontractor was marginal, and delayed. Viking Pavers recently (July 2020) pleaded no contest to 6 felonies related to insurance and payroll tax fraud.

Communication was a big problem. The coordinator with whom we worked was sometimes pushy. Workers were not always prompt.
