Great people to deal with. Furnace suddenly quit working. Left a message on a Saturday morning, when they were closed. Got a call back in about an hour, and set up an appointment for 8AM Monday. He even cleaned out the inside of the furnace (years of dust) and gave me a new filter. Of course it was expensive, but it seemed fair.

Responsive, fast, very very knowledgeable, thorough (while here Chris fixed something else that itself made a huge improvement), and good prices. No BS. Highly recommended.

Worker arrived on time; checked pump to be sure it really wasn't working. He had a pump in his truck but checked the price to let me know the cost before installing and what the total cost of visit would be. He serviced the whole furnace and actually told me how to save money on the complicated filter system this furnace has. Extremely pleasant, efficient, representative of Apollo, with a very organized supply of parts.
