Interesting all of the five stars that show up. I'm always a bit suspicious of too many perfect scores. Given the attitude I have experienced there should minimally be more of a balance. Once I arrived on time for a 10 am appointment only to find myself waiting along other employees and even the UPS guy for the manager to open the store. He arrived 17 minutes late, no apologies. The company they acquired (Mission) screwed up a repair and I had to pay to fix their mistake since SFMoto took no responsibility for the company they acquired. I guess six years of loyalty wasn't worth a one hour repair. While waiting at the counter I once heard an employee bragging about how he intentionally broke the side mirror of a vehicle that would not make room for him to lane share. Attention all Zero riders. They have one Zero mechanic, and during a recall stretch of time the mechanic told me they could not service my bike for at least two months partly because this one tech was working on an engine rebuild (not a Zero bike of course). When I asked why he would assign his only Zero tech to perform an engine rebuild during a Zero recall during the busy summer season he replied, "Well, he is trained to service more than one kind of bike." That response says it all.
