My work laptop fell on concrete, company wouldn’t pay to salvage the hard drive so I called Castro Computers- Best Decision! I need the 12 years of data on the laptop for my work, it’s non-negotiable. They could have gouged me .. were reasonable in their pricing and I was thrilled. Susan also gave me free advice on setting up a backup, as you’d guess they’re now my Go To for all of my tech. Crazy part is I work for a known tech company. Sometimes it’s a career decision and they delivered.
