Have used him both for software advice with MacOS issues ---where he was intelligent and accurate---and also for house internet networking issues---where he demonstrated a strong sense of pros and cons of various configurations (one big router versus routers with satellites versus various mesh systems) that ultimately contributed to a vary successful implementation in a house of over 4800 sq feet that had challenged multiple installations. Very pleased.
