My best advice for dealing with Fidelity is to stick with the people who are available on their 800 numbers. There you will usually find the most helpful and timely advice. The local establishment on Montgomery Street seems to be a revolving door of financial advisors and their managers. I think I might be on my fourth or fifth advisor, the most recent of which I have not met. It's usually not worth the time to go down there and have a face-to-face meeting. Of course covid changed meetings, and now I would have either a phone or zoom meeting instead.
