Great communication, pleasant to deal with, excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. The results were wonderful and I'm thrilled. I took one other bid, and it was in the same ballpark, so I can't comment on price, but it seemed reasonable. It did take longer than initially quoted, so that's my only non-superior rating, but I'd padded my expectations, so I wasn't upset. They did a great job and I would whole-heartedly recommend.

Mr. Nguyen is very helpful and knowledgeable about flooring and refinishing. He offered several options for a house I was prepping for sale, as well as doing work on my own home. He is willing to repair problem areas rather than replace the entire floor.
