When my garage door opener stopped working on a Sunday, I got in touch with Yishay at Bay Area Garage Door Repair in San Francisco. He came by my house within an hour, even though it was on a weekend, and fixed the problem. He also offered to provide a future credit on the price of a complete garage door opener installation. I accepted this kind offer about six months after the initial repair and contacted David, another owner of the business. Once again, he replied promptly and arranged to have Alex do the installation the next day. David accepted payment via Zelle. I am very pleased with the new MyQ system, which includes security cameras on both the opener inside the garage as well as on the exterior keypad opener.
