We hired them to replace an existing exterior residential stair with the agreement being to recreate what we already had. They demolished the existing stair then began to build the replacement stair in a way that would have resulted in it not fitting into the existing space! We had to call a supervisor to stop the job, then have the supervisor come to our home where he agreed that they were building it incorrectly. They got it right the second time but I would never used them again!
