Early morning, the staff was running late and one staff tech was late. When it was my turn, I drew the tech who arrived late. The tech inserted the needle and missed my vein, instead of pulling the needle out, she wiggle and poked around for a vein (TWICE!). She evidentially found my vein, but it is not standard procedure. I have donated blood over 200 times and over the 50 years to have my blood sampled through various laboratories...This tech was the WORST. I would not recommend this facility location.
