They came in and took care of my two cats for 3 weeks. One was sick and required medication twice a day for the first week, then daily for the rest of the time. They were very proactive, sending me frequent email updates and pictures. They worked with me to try different tactics when the sick cat began to refuse the medication. Overall, they were personable and very gentle with the cats. I plan to use them again the next time I go out of town.
