I am on the board of a large condo assn. Cannot say enough nice things about Chandler. They are proactive, rather then reactive to all the issues the come up. They always give us excellent advice and have a vendor list second to no other company. They set the bar high for property management company's. If your lucky enough to get Piera Balducci consider your self blessed. In 20 years of interacting with her I can not tell how professional, and forthcoming she it. Will always have your best interests in her mind.
