Two Chairs was the worse experience I've ever had with therapy. The intake counselor listens to your concerns and requests, and then matches you with someone in the network. This intake person matched me with someone who did not meet the requests I made. This happened multiple times. They claim a 98% success rate. I don't know how they come up with that statistic. One therapist that I talked to said their reimbursement rates aren't very high, but Two Chairs charges you a premium. Two Chairs is exactly what is wrong with our health care system: an expensive middle man that provides negative value.
