Fast & efficient. Only took a day and haft. The technician who did the install, Jerry, was all business and seemed to really know his stuff. The office staff were always pleasant & nice. Manuel, who did the estimate, was more than able to explain all the ends & outs of the furnace & heat pump selection. We are looking forward to having a cool summer inside the house this year. Thanks to all.

Repair man was surly and seemed hungover. A&H has deteriorated markedly since the original owner's recent retirement.
