Because I hadn't had service on two furnaces (upstairs and down) for many years, I called for service on them. Sharon gave me an appt rather soon and Reinhard showed up on time and asked what the problem was. As I had none, he proceeded to educate me on furnace needs (he has many years of experience and knows his furnaces) and that unless malfunctioning, furnaces need no service, contrary to other companies' claims. He advised me to just run them until they quit AND KEEP THE FILTERS CLEAN. He left without a cost to me. I will definitely use them in the future when a new furnace is needed. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company.

A&H installed central heating and A/C for us, including new duct work. I think their price was reasonable, but I don't have an apples-to-apples quote from another contractor to compare with.
