Although I had a lot of problems with the original installation of the HVAC system by this company several years ago, they finally fixed all of the issues. After that, I purchased an annual maintenance agreement with them, since the property is a rental and I want to make it as stress free as I can for both the tenants and myself. All systems have been performing as they should, and I plan to continue with the maintenance agreement.

The price was on the high side, but the service was prompt and well done. So far it's the best experience I've had with an HVAC contractor.
