They botched the istallation timing and left me with no heat for 2 days and then the thermostat had be be changed several times until it worked.

Simply awful. I requested a service call because my condensate pump was not working. They spent an hour trying to tell me that it was working and there was some other problem. Their final diagnosis was - a bad condensate pump. The service call would have been $80, but I agreed to let them do the repair, in which case the original service call cost is waived. But because they did not have a pump in their truck, I would have to pay $345 for the pump, plus $105 for a non-stocked item pickup, plus $120 labor. Fortunately, they did not show up for two (!) scheduled service appointments. So I found YouTube instructional videos and bought the same pump from Amazon for $52 and installed it myself.
