Came out the day before Thanksgiving when others had two week wait times. Did not try to convince me I needed a whole new furnace. Did a quick repair, had parts in his truck. I had been without heat for several days. He was here for less than an hour and all is good!

Plus: they came out during a holiday week to replace a failed heater for my elderly father.
Minus: PG&E detected a gas leak and had to come fix it after they were done. To their credit, Dunrite followed up with the installer to make sure this doesn't happen again, but this never should have happened in the first place. It was a big safety miss.
