Heater malfunctioning. I called and scheduled a late afternoon service..They called and offered an earlier time, which I took. Romero came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He explained the problem and his solution, plus offered advice on avoiding similar problems in the future. The cost was far lower than I had feared. It is good to find an honest and competent company for my HVAC needs.
