We installed a dual-fuel heat pump and gas furnace system with new ducts. The company is friendly, responsive, and does good work for a reasonable price. Overall, we were very happy, but a little disappointed that they only wanted to install a Nest thermostat. We wanted a simple "dumb" thermostat, and they had trouble accommodating that.
