The owner Mike was amazing. He gave us lots of info about equipment and price options for new heating & AC, checked our electrical and venting systems to make sure they would accommodate and be compatible with the new equipment.and he was very flexible about the installation timing. He was easy to reach when we had questions throughout the whole process. Price we paid may not have been lowest but it was fair & reasonable considering how much time & patience he invested in us.

I WOULD AVOID -- IT HAS CHANGED OWNERSHIP. It was great before, but this time we needed a repair and a modification. A guy in sunglasses and tattoos showed up. He couldn't do the modification (but coincidentally some unrelated electronic circuits in the same bundle stopped working around the same time). Then he did the repair, which was really just an adjustment. As he was leaving he gave me detailed measurements that seemed unnecessary about another system that was working "but might fail in a year or so". Six weeks later the furnace stopped working and I asked them to come out under the repair warranty. This time two guys showed up and after a long time in the furnace they said that their repair was fine, but that two other major systems (including the one they had told me about in the previous visit) had apparently failed (during a six week period in the summer) and I should probably buy a new furnace. Then they tried to charge me for their warranty visit saying the warranty was 30 days. Turns out they also have a new owner. Make of that what you will.
