Sandium Heating & Air Conditioning in San Jose was a very good, reputable HVAC contractor. Sandium bought Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning , another highly rated company. Sandium then sold to a company that is buying up HVAC companies with top-notch reputations. The new ownership has altered how business is conducted and in my opinion it isn't good. Inexpensive first visit and high priced follow-up/second visit. Unfortunate change to two privately owned contractors.

The Sandium technician arrived on time to provide the annual maintenance on our system. Identified a potential issue with rats entering the system and sealed off the heat pump to prevent future problems and informed us of the issue. Great service
