Completed a tune-up on furnace (in attic) and air conditioner. Installed my filter and adjusted air vent. $150 Work completed in an hour.

Came twice for same problem. Both suggestions were not correct would have cost $100s of dollars. They wanted to charge for the second call even though they did not fix it the first time. Called another contractor wh o diagnosed and fixed the problem in 1minute. It was not that I needed a new filter or a new thermostat ($650), the thermostat was not set correctly.

Milton arranged for water heater, furnace and AC at a fair price, Jerry and his coworkers were terrific (all work was neat and done on time) and all permits and inspections were arranged by David and Greg. I recommend Valley without any reservations.
