Valley solved an intermittent service problem an a 35 year old furnace Residential Heating spent a year of service calls, replacing various parts, but never able to keep it running. Residential finally gave up and refused to service the unit any longer citing old age, but did offer to replace it for $8-9 K$. They also gave this Valley as a possible service company. Valley solved the problem on the (first) inspection call: an inadequate wire nut in the ac power connection. Brilliant!
