Luis gave me great personal service and a loaner car for the day. He pointed out how the prior Honda dealer had over charged for their work and how a gasket was not installed or installed improperly, so that oil was leaking. He called the dealer and got them to repair this for free.

Initial quote was not what I ended up paying. They called and strongly recommended something but it would have been nice for them to recommend beforehand so that I could potentially have declined.

Both honest and competent. When asked for advice, they often suggest waiting to see if the problem persists. I have never felt that they did unnecessary work.
