Went for an oil change and other postponed maintenance. They identified other repairs that were needed. And worked me in as soon as we could have hoped.

Recommends unnecessary work all the time to extract money from the customer.

If there's one word to describe the Honda dealership it would be "Expensive." I don't mind paying more but the quality of service is mediocre at best. I've had problems with my car with the 'Check Engine' light on and after charging me $75 diagnostic fee they couldn't find the problem. For half that I bought my own ODBII scanner from Amazon so I could read my own error code. The dealership is the only place I could find that replaces PAX (run flat) tires. I paid $1800 for 4 new tires plus service, a week later the TPMS (tire) light came on and they charged me ANOTHER $1200 to replace those damn sensors! That's $600 for parts and $600 to install the tire valves! Ridiculous.
