They honored a warranty. I needed my carpets stretched 7 years after installation. They came out and did a very thorough job!!

We bought Karastan soft carpet after bringing home lots of over-sized samples, which helped us find the perfect color. Installation was outstanding. The fee for having the heavy furniture moved was worth it! We were delighted with how the custom inlay turned out that we had ordered for one of the rooms. The crew was considerate, thorough, and very efficient.

These guys are the BEST, period. Got Karastan 20% off and it's superb. Installation crew did a superb whole house wall-to-wall installation in two days and worked very hard and very well. Zero hassles, excellent carpet that will last for at least 20 years.
