I've been taking our 8-pound Bolognese there for 7 years, for shampoo, cut, nail clipping, and teeth brushing every 6 to 8 weeks or so, and she always looks very nice afterwards. The groomers will tailor the cut to your preferences. I like to minimize the dog's time away from home. At The Dog Spot, she does not have to spend the day there (although she could, if that is more convenient for you). I make an appointment, drop her off at the appointed time, and they call me when she is done (usually 1.5 to 2 hours later), so that I know when she is available for pickup.
