Jack was superb. He came to our home the next day follow my e-mail, gave us a recommendation, a fair estimate (in may opinion) for a new fence as well as a very fair minimal deposit, and I and my neighbor mailed in our deposit the next day. Upon receipt of our deposit Jack e-mailed us the time and date for the building of the new fence (which was agreeable to us). The rebuilding crew arrived quite promptly (in fact,15 minutes early), began their work on the "good neighbor fence" and completed the work in about 3.5 hours. The crew did not have to bother us at all, made minimal noise, and cleaned up at a 100% level (removing, of course, all the old fence material. I gave the checks for the remainder of the charges from both my neighbor and me to the crew foreman, and heard later the next day from company that the payment had indeed gone through in good order and that they appreciated our business. In my (and my neighbor's) opinion, we highly recommend Bay Area Fencing to anyone requiring their service. They are really professionals and incredibly nice to deal with.

We have used Bay Area Fence & Deck several times for repair or replacement of fences and wood retaining walls. It can take a while to schedule a job because they are popular and busy. However the wait is worth it. Jobs are completed quickly and on time. Prices are reasonable.
