Price quoted for 10 foot posts with 3 foot footings where I caught the workers only going down 1 foot and cutting 2 feet off of yhe posts. This is what the last company did and the fence failed after about 22 years where the fence posts started leaning over and the fencing was in good condition. I asked the worker for the pieces that they cut off the posts and they ran off with them and hid them. I told the foreman on the spot about what occurred and asked why they did it he didn't respond. I told him I wanted the office and contract to reflect what they did to the posts and how he and I witnessed it. He later denied that it took place. I don't do business with liars and companies that cheating customers who pay for a service and given something inadequate.

The work is good but they don’t repair work under their so called warranty. Two fence posts twisted so much over six months that the gate wouldn’t latch. A dozen calls for a fix were ignored.
