Affirmative Management is a terrible property manager. Mr. Freeman appears to use a certain set of vendors that are of dubious quality. Rarely does he get competitive bids when these vendors are involved, even when told to do so by the Board.Mr. Freeman often forgets or otherwise ignores direct requests from the board. It's almost as though he thinks he is the individual running the complex when in reality he is being paid to do a job for the association and the association makes the decisions.Mr. Freeman has been known to pull some unethical maneuvers during association elections. Mr. Freeman frequently lies and manipulates the Board meeting minutes so that they do not accurately reflect what occurred at the meeting if it does not put him in a good light. Affirmative Management does not care about the community. His staff does not have ANY customer service skills. His price is low because he provides poor service. Do not use this management company.
