They came on short notice the same day I called to replace the broken coil spring of the roll-up garage door they had installed years earlier. It had apparently failed from simple age and wear after quite a few years. The price was more I reasonable than I expected. The technician was comfortable and friendly in allowing me to stand nearby during the entire repair/replacement of this essential part without which the door could not be operated at all. He explained the whole process, and left me with advice for maintenance and even leftover lubricant in the tube he used for the initial lubrication of the mechanism. I felt I lucked out.
