Physical Therapist Laurel specializes in my condition, TMJ. She was thorough in her evaluation and prescribed relevant exercises. Each visit, she assigned the next step exercise. The best thing I liked was that the PT herself and not an assistant, worked with me on my exercises to make sure I got it correct. Other PT places I've been, has a PT assistant who administer the previously prescribed list of exercises and I only get to see the PT for a few minutes at the end of my exercises. At Agile, my PT gave me different exercises each week for homework. At the next visit, I looked forward to the next exercise. Unlike the other PT place, each of my visit was the same exercises that I was doing at home and no step-up exercises. I liked that Agile had a TMJ specialist and the one-on-one attention.
