Ryan was extremely helpful and cost/consumerism-conscious. Instead of immediately declaring that we need to replace our 40+ year old Genie Pro garage opener with the expensive LiftMaster, he carefully inspected our simple they-don't-make-them-like-they-used-to unit, reconnected a cable connected to the simple plastic flip switch, oiled all the door hinges, and marveled that this unit, while loud, still works.
