I called to find out what it would cost to have my 0 lb Belgium Sheepdog bathed and its nails trimmed since their website was having problems. The person who answered the phone had to go and ask three times, forgot how many pounds I'd told her my dog. She said to send in a photo of the dog because she couldn't look up the breed on the internet. After being put on hold for the third time, she quoted a price of $165. They're way overpriced and uninformed.
