Communication was great, a description of optional services and prices were provided by email, appointment was easy to set up. Where this company failed was delivery of service; on the day of the appointment the company called to advise they were unable to come due to a truck being in the shop. On the subsequent appointment the crew arrived and found they didn't have a ladder long enough to reach a high roof due to the back of the house being on a slope. (A little research should have prevented that.) On the third appointment the employee was able to complete the task.
