Problem was a loose plug connection They wanted to install a complete new motor at a cost neatly 3 times the value.

Replaced door opener and tuned up the door/tracks. Fixed price quoted up front (not cheap but reasonable) for the whole job. Tech arrived a little early, finished the job in an hour. Well done.

Very pleasant to deal with this company. Service from a very knowledgeable technician happened on time. Good communication with me was provided at the time of the service. These guys do not try to over sell for work that is not needed.
