I was referred here by my doctor since I live in Santa Clara, but I almost never saw an actual physical therapist. Most "care" was provided by PT assistants or even just assistants or aides who did not seem to have much real PT training. And during each visit, I'd usually have 2 or 3 different assistants or aides and I'd sometimes have to call for someone to direct me to the next exercise. I felt very unsupervised. And all the tables are in one large room. The best part was when I would see an actual PT assistant who would provide some bodywork, like massage for 15-20 minutes. The various people there did provide information on some home exercises, but I felt that my visits here really didn't help with my pain or mobility. I've had much better PT with other facilities and providers.
