I had a head laceration a couple of months ago and got excellent and fast care at the emergency room there. I expected a long wait and they had no appointment options, but I got checked in right away and the Dr. was with me after only a 20 min. wait in a comfortable private room. I got excellent care from friendly staff. One confessed that urgent care waiting times HAD been five hours in the recent past, but that particular Saturday somehow I just happened to arrive at a quiet time and got speedy care. Lucky me and my cut's all healed now.
