Did well in the technical aspects of designing our project, but needed many iterations before we got what we wanted. McKelvey was extremely slow to respond to emails. When he did, he usually responded to one or the other of us, but never both. The whole path from first meeting to building permit approval was a slow and frustrating process that we would prefer not to repeat.
