Changed property managers on two single family homes to Porch Light. Wendy Gorris picked up the ball from the previous manager and now the properties and tenants are receiving the TLC that they deserve. While Porch Light was the most expensive of the Property Managers I interviewed, I feel that they provide exceptional value.
