They drilled an extra 4in hole in my roof and then sealed it like a five year old and didn’t tell me about it, this is after I stressed my concerns to more than one person, multiple times. Ben Snyder there customer care person doesn’t bother to return calls and the office staff is nonchalant about it all.

They do the annual inspection of our furnace. Always do a good and thorough job, and give us a sense of what's going on.
