Provide transport to and from the shop. They use "brand name" parts for your car. Definitely more expensive that the average shop - but worth it.

I am a repeat customer because they do excellent work for a fair price, explained my options well, and are pleasant to deal with. They can be very busy so it may be a few days before they can get around to your car (they tell you this up front, and complete the work in the timeframe they state); I think it is worth waiting for good service.
