We were doing a 1031 exchange. There were clerical errors made several times on the prelim. They had the wrong percentage on the ownership division. On the very last day before our exchange could be qualified they called us and said there was some missing information. It appeared the title company forgot to fill out part of the form that was sent to the exchange accommodatetor. We received the call about 30 days after we had closed the transaction.
