I have been going here for about 12 years. The mechanic, Jeremiah purchased the shop in 2020. He was trained by Toyota. I had my brother check them out and he told me to always take my Highlander and now RAV4 there as they were better than the dealer and cheaper. I took the RAV4 in for the 25,000 mile servicing today. It took one hour. I waited for it. They did everything including the spare tire and the price was $208.00. Had I gone to the dealer it would have been double and taken all day or overnight. Cannot say enough about how great this shop is. Oh, I passed the Highlander on to my brother. It is a 2006 with over 180,000 miles and thanks to Jeremiah it is still running great!

This repair shop is competent, honest and customer-focused. They do not upsell. They use quality replacement parts at a reasonable markup. They are flexible about customer scheduling, although their hours of operation are limited. Customers are kept informed about repair status and estimated completion times. I've taken my cars there since 2016.

I had a brake fluid change at Walnut Creek Autopros in September 2024. I received at least 3 different quotes and their quote was the most reasonable. The quotes range from $95 to $235. I asked if they could finish the job before noon and I was able to pickup my car by 11:45 a.m. Walnut Creek Autopros continues to be my "go to" auto repair shop. They are honest, reasonable, and get the job done.
