I have used them for around 55 years and always have had outstanding support and experiences with them. They use Schwab Alliance as the brokerage and have had good customer service from them as well. They focus for long term and safe growth, not quick risky short term profits. Fees are based on portfolio value, not trades. I have experienced continued portfolio growth, even in difficult times. The last time I checked the new client minimum investment was $500,000
