Care providers were inconsistent. They called Albert Nahman to replace a water heater for $7000! This was more than double the typical fee for this service…and very suspicious. That credit card was fraudulently used on Amazon for 19 cheap cell phones and soaps and oils commonly used by Nigerians. The heater was turned up to 76 degrees. Temperature setting on freezer in refrigerator was turned down so water was pouring down through the shelves and everything melted. One evening caretaker ate on delicate furniture in the living room and stained it. They had been informed not to even enter that room. There was a black woman care giver who was excellent. She took excellent care of the patient and was very kind. Unfortunately she was not there often. The other care givers were all men. This company would have an excellent review if the other care givers were like her.

Hillendale Home Care has many good qualities and in my opinion they are better than many other home care agencies. Their overall quality of performance is Adequate to Superior.
