Slow in response and in notifications to residences of upcoming repairs. I think they are fine in performing clerical tasks.

We selected this PM service based on extensive interviews, and they have been our PM for several years. During that time we have had two good PM's and one great bookkeeper. In between we have had high turnover, poor communication, and significant price increases.
