Stanley Steemer was able to clean my dryer duct when another business wasn't able to even reach the outside exit portal. They were very conscientious about cleaning up the large amount of lint, that was extracted and also were very conscious about safety.

Had ducts cleaned. Expected to see los of debris like shown in their ad. This was not the case. I wasn't sure if their suction capability was inferior or if my ducts had very little dust build-up. Technican when questioned said suction was adequate. His response was suspect since not ever having our ducts cleaned in 20 years we expected more dust/debris to be culminated in the visible suction tubing.

Stanley sent out a technician to assess the job before sending out the cleaners who cleaned my dryer duct. They went into the outside duct to suck out lint which was good as the duct goes from one end of the house to the other and I try to have it cleaned once every other year. Usually, the duct cleaners only want to clean the inside dryer ductwork.
