They scheduled a time and did not show or call to cancel, reschedule or explain. Initial repair was done improperly requiring a second visit to do a proper repair.

This is a terrible customer service organization. They speak horrible English. The "techs" are not trained to deal with computer problems. They only want to sell you a package, or CD to make money for the company.
I spent hours with several techs going over the same procedures that did not fix the problem. I will never buy another Dell product. Never!!

I have contract with Dell Concierge, so it's a flat rate for repairs, adjustments, by remote control of my computer. If a problem occurs following a tech session, they make good in a timely fashion. Have been with them for 6 years. The quality of techs has improved dramatically over that period of time. It's great for a totally non-tech old broad like me!
